When i was on the west coast working with thermotron - it was considered "normal" to lie, cheat, and rob the customer .
Ask all temp engineering , mitch kerr and john dane, about the "joys" of learning to be a thermotron lier and thief..
thermotron only had one "Senior filed service engineer" Dean Tripp (how about thomas Bannach)??
and his job was to lie to the "angry customer's'" and lie to his co-workers.
