ABOUT US

Russells Technical Products began when Russells Refrigeration Co., a commercial and industrial refrigeration sales and service company, was acquired in 1972 by Mr. Donald Bench.


Since then, Russells has been designing and manufacturing environmental test systems and providing a comprehensive and varied product line including both pre-engineered and custom/specialty chambers.

This has allowed Russells to attract and retain the technical expertise required in this field.


Mr. Bench has been in the environmental test chamber manufacturing business since the 1950's starting with Conrad Inc., one of the original pioneering companies in this industry.

Mr. Bench served Conrad as Chief Engineer and later becoming its President.



Mr. Donald Bench. said he could only pay his employee's a LOW-wage because he couldn't compete with thermotron .. so every-one would complain .. (and they did)

this was compounded with his low--performance--raises.. a BIG RAISE .. as $0.25/hr so it will take 4 years to get a (BIG)dollor raise..

Bill bench said .. it didn't matter if he shipped defective equipment to the customer ..

because if you worked 4 him.. your "REAL job.. was to get the customer to sign off on the equipment.. it didn't matter if it worked or not..







70% of the equipment he shipped at that time.. was non-functioning..

and the last job worked on at Kodak in rochester new york.. he did not even assemble it or pretest it .. he just shipped the equipment to the customer location.. and said "put it together " at the customer site.. good luck FooL !!

This was introduction introduction to becomming a "WHORE" who dosen't pu-out!

Bill Bench has never worked any where.. he just started "sucking his Daddy's tit"

Mike Barrs was funny..

when Bill was told by that employee that he would not lie,cheat , and defraud the customer..

Bill bench got pety and vindictive..

and mike backed -up Billy-boy by with this story

Mike .. bragged that it was "normal to lie and deceive " as a matter of fact

Mike Barrs said he was datin 4 different woman and each woman thought that

"they were the "ONE-AND-ONLY" !!

Gee don;'t you want to go into "SALES" now?

His Roman Catholic training really kicked "IN"

This is when thomas patterson.. said.. "Gee after you lie cheat and defraud the 1st 500 people .. it begins to get easer"!

Now wih Bill bench's boy on the team.. there are 3 generations of bench's that will try to get your business..

remember the "motto is" we will only lie cheat and defraud u.. if we can make a prophet of it

Bill instructed his Field service engineers.. to .. keep the equipment working .. any way.. under warrenty.. then let it fail..!!
