everyone is trying to figure out how to charge for more hours on travel and labor time for a job. when you have a problem that you cant fix tell the customer the factory is going to get back with the answer. so its really not your problem just take it easy becasue its not a job to stress over

The management Nobody really cares you are a dime a dozen. If you think going the extra mile matters . You’re wrong. Send a “body” to placate the customer. The customer does appreciate you more than thermotron. Product support lasted just over a year. Because no raises. Find something they did Wrong. And make a Big deal about it. Remind them of the dirt on you.

VP of manufacturing is a horrible leader, Raises are hard to get, Pay is lowest in Holland area with tons of experience, Bonus program is a joke, Do not get rewarded for hard work.

Standard products manager is a joke, Has horrible reputation with all other supervisors, Micro manager with horrible leadership skills, Blame game tactics. Doesn’t solve problems, makes more problems than solves.

Do not make the mistake of working here. Better off working at Walmart.

Product support everyone only looks out for themselves you can go heavy on your charge hours and the manager says give your self the extra time. Manager always asks your opinion on your co workers.and to let him know if they understand the business. Be nice to the customer and tell the customers what ever they want to hear. You don’t have to work too hard . so don’t burn yourself out. And don’t tell the customer you never had that problem .

Manager is not skilled in the trades. Only knows to tell you change the solonoid

We only call them field service engineer to make them feel good and stroke their ego.
Fill out paper work for 1 job a day. Call the factory to get answers. You are on your own. Need help we’ll get back to you. Nothing personal no raises for performance. Manager says he didn’t see it.

The 4 different national service managers were paper pushing liars. The 2 National sales manager’s. Conspired against their co workers. To build a case against the good people. The field service engineers told to lie and be a false wittness. Stealing and embezzler is normal. You can’t trust anyone.

Worked in the Michigan office, New York, texas, California, Seattle office. 3 to 4 weeks on the road. Field service engineers are smiling wolves. Sales were liars .customers were nice. Church goers are g
