Sexual harassment, thomas bannach

thermotron .. manager training ...

thomas bannach liked to call his co-workers "gay" behind their backs..

it wasn't "true" but this is why thomas bannach as a manager was called

"the spineless guttless wonder and the "over payed do-nothing"

and thomas bannach bragged that every-body would believe his lies..

Dean Tripp said thomas bannach really did not have the character to be called a "thermotron manager".. BUT the liers and embezzlers really really liked him !!

ask daniel j okeefe, or roger cannady or david waterfield, or dean tripp, or thomas patterson, or jeff shultie, or dick alverson, thomas patterson or randy herdes, or the liar bob wiley, or the clone liar ronald wiley!!

they are all the same.. remember at thermotron is's "OK" 2-B-currupt

yes it's easy to find a reason to harass your co worker at thermotron.. this is considered norman..

need some work on the side??

How --about a Blow--job!!!

need some help with that work!!!

How about a Hand--job !!

contact a-tamer--Kennedy... at thermotron.. senior human resourse!!!

Sexual harassment,

is intimidation, bullying or coercion of a sexual nature, or the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors.

[1] In some contexts or circumstances, sexual harassment may be illegal. It includes a range of behavior from seemingly mild transgressions and annoyances to actual sexual abuse or sexual assault.

[2] Sexual harassment is a form of illegal employment discrimination in many countries, and is a form of abuse (sexual and psychological) and bullying. For many businesses, preventing sexual harassment, and defending employees from sexual harassment charges, have become key goals of legal decision-making.

In contrast, many scholars complain that sexual harassment in education remains a "forgotten secret," with educators and administrators refusing to admit the problem exists in their schools, or accept their legal and ethical responsibilities to deal with it

Hil sybesma said Gregory v Johnson controlled thomas bannach with his little finger.and thomas bannach harnessed and libled all his co workers at thermotron. Well, it worked out for me” doesn’t mean anything. If a thief steals from thermotron and benefits from it without ever receiving temporal punishment and then posts in response to someone that’s talking about the teaching of Scripture or the Church on theft that it worked out for them, that’s not an argument. It’s just flagrant admission to doing something wrong and demonstrates a clear lack of remorse for it.

There sure were a lot of memories from T-land.

Some good, some not.
Some things that were going on in the field I wish I had been aware of–but, in retrospect at least it was something to learn from.

I try to follow the “if you can’t say something good…” philosophy so I won’t say too much about Thermotron but the last 3 years seem to have made the problems with that management theory finally have a major effect on their business.

It surprises me that it takes so long for results to be seen from both good and bad things.

I would expect quicker results. It seems to work for us to be aware of the competition but not sell against them or even address them too much in our approach, just concentrate on the equipment and what we will do for the customer.

I have come to learn that there are some bad customers, very few actually, but it’s best just to walk away and leave those to someone else.

Of course I think we could use more service people but I can’t argue against the volume numbers I see coming in.

The trend is up but not by leaps and bounds so we’re still in a holding pattern as far as adding people. I certainly think you would be an asset.

We don’t have a wild crew (unless I’m missing something again)

but then how wild can one guy be? As we get older we get wiser. To thine own self be true.

(and to heck with the rest)I

hope the move works out

When to escalate a conflict to HR
While it’s to be expected that you won’t get along with everyone at work all the time, there are certain situations that should be handled by human resources. Don’t hesitate to reach out to your manager, leader, or administrative team if a situation feels like it’s getting out of control.

You should escalate conflicts with coworkers to HR when they involve:

Bullying
Harassment
Inappropriate sexual conduct or advances
Threats against you, your family, or your livelihood
Other coworkers
Violations of discrimination, disability, equal employment, or equal pay laws
In any of these instances, please contact human resources right away. Refrain from engaging with that coworker if you don’t feel safe.

Excellent at bullshitting management,

design, development, with NO communication, and NO training skills.

Over 20 years trying to get experience as a lying manager, instructional de...sign;;er, e-learning developer, NON-curriculum developer, platform trainer, and smiling consultant.

Outstanding IN THE RAIN “Hands On” technical abilities WHICH was not evident when roger was training at thermotron and subject matter expertise in a wide range of bull shit subject areas:

•Human Performance Improvement, Process Improvement and Quality Management.

•Industrial Skills Training (filled with HUH?, What?, WHO said?),

Project Coordination ( skilled with thomas bannach at LItton industries in california) who said (don't send that ASS Hole here again !!),

Testing, Commissioning and Startup was NOT his best fit..

what kind of JUNK is this??

Bullshit (also bullcrap, bullplop, or horseshit) is a common English expletive. It may be shortened to "bull" or the euphemism bs.

The term is common in American English. In British English, bollocks is a comparable expletive, although bullshit is now a commonly used expletive in British English as well.

As with many expletives, it can be used as an interjection (or in many other parts of speech) and can carry a wide variety of meanings.

Most commonly, it is used in connection with incorrect, misleading, or false language and statements.

While the word is generally used in a deprecating sense, it may imply a measure of respect for language skills, or frivolity, among various other benign usages.

In popular philosophy, Harry Frankfurt among others described the word bullshit as related to but distinct from lying. Proponents of Analytical Marxism used the word as well.

But he figured out how to use a computer!!! WOW..
